I am a seasoned graphic designer, leader and innovator. Currently I am working as a mentor for the social media coordinator at Technology Networks, as well as the lead designer for The Scientist and their publication TS Digest. I also work as a cross-brand designer and illustrator at LabX Media Group.

Over the years I have found watercolor to be one of my most favored mediums. I love the way I am able to blend colours together and play with the intensity of hues. I create a simple line illustration first then complete it with rough watercolor swatches I will paint in layers. Then with a little help from photoshop and my eraser tool we finesse the shapes and add in some highlights / shading. Many of these illustrations have been commissioned for CREA / ACI (one of my lovely clients.) I can successfully state I helped develop their social aesthetic using this type of illustration style. The way the colours and textures come together creates a warm, young and holistic feeling that can be applicable to many brands in an authentic kind of way.
