I am a seasoned graphic designer, leader and innovator. Currently I am working as a mentor for the social media coordinator at Technology Networks, as well as the lead designer for The Scientist and their publication TS Digest. I also work as a cross-brand designer and illustrator at LabX Media Group.

Summer of 2022 I took over designing The Scientific Observer for Technology Networks. It has been a pleasure brainstorming different cover concepts with the team. I used various mediums like collage, photography, and custom illustration for the cover ~ all of which were edited or illustrated by myself. We introduced the “Research Spotlight” section where which has quite a dark layout comparatively to the rest of the issue, but it was a fun way for us to have it stick out from the publication. Each issue demands a custom design spread that adapts to the subject matter of the article. Every article is displayed in a clean and minimal layout accompanied by chunky pull quotes and complementary imagery. These are my favourite spreads from each magazine I have taken on, including their feature and research spotlight.
